A Great Family Getaway with Room for Improvement
Our family loved the spacious Safari Double Room with Bunk Beds. The kids enjoyed the fun decor, and the breakfast was a highlight – a great start to our day! Be mindful of snack prices. bringing your own could save a lot! a lovely stay.

The children loved the bunk in the Discovery Family Room, which felt cozy in its nook. Access to the park via the Azteca Gate made our visits seamless, and breakfast overlooking the wildlife was a delightful experience. Housekeeping's attention to detail impressed my son, especially when they positioned his teddies. While the atmosphere and decorations were charming, the cashless policy limited payment options, which could be inconvenient for families. Nonetheless, the family-friendly ambiance and helpful staff make it a worthy choice for a fun getaway.

Great family fun!
Spent a night in the Safari Double Room with Bunk Beds. Loved the theme and super clean vibe! My kiddo was thrilled with the bunks and the treasure hunt. the dinner at the temple place wasn’t good—half the menu was gone! The pool area was perfect for unwinding after park visits!

Perfect family getaway!
Had a fab time here! The kids loved their themed bunk beds, and it was nice to have a space just for us parents to relax. The Zafari restaurant served up some tasty meals, too. Only bummer was the staff seemed a bit slow to sort out our bill mix-up. super happy with our stay!

Unique themed rooms and great character interactions!
Our stay in the Safari Double Room with Bunk Beds was fantastic, especially for the kids with the jungle theme and engaging activities they could enjoy. The direct access to the park was a game changer, allowing us to experience rides without long wait times. the swimming pool was quite small and crowded, which made it less enjoyable during peak hours.

Great for family with kids
The staff were incredibly helpful, especially when my son got upset – they made sure we got everything sorted out. the room had more space than I expected, and the view was simply breathtaking, overlooking the park.
It wasn't exactly a bargain but the memories made were worth it.

The themed family rooms provided a unique experience, especially the treasure hunts and kids' areas with bunk beds. The evening entertainment, particularly the animal viewing and character interactions, kept the kids engaged and created a lively atmosphere.
Check-in took an unexpectedly long time with only two out of four counters open, leaving us frustrated before even getting to the room. Once there, we found issues like the TV not working properly and missing amenities like a travel cot, which were meant to be provided. The dining scene felt chaotic. the lifts were inadequate, especially at peak times, leading to long wait periods, and the noise from other guests in the corridors at night made sleeping challenging. It's a shame, as these elements hindered what could have been a more enjoyable stay.

We had a wonderful family stay at the hotel. The kids especially loved the indoor pool and the themed mini-adventure treasure hunt in our room. We participated in the Easter Animal Trail, which was a fantastic way to spend time together and enjoy the fantastic atmosphere.
My kids wished there were more high chairs available during breakfast, as it was difficult for us to find them in the busy dining area.

We stayed in the Azteca Monkey Temple Family Room for three nights. The room was spacious and super clean, which was a relief. The kids loved the fun-themed decor, especially the treasure hunt! The bed was comfy, and I actually slept well, which is rare for hotels. Little touches like the Oreo biscuits on the pillows made it special. The shower was large enough for family needs, too. No complaints here!
